There is no limit on how many SPL files the interface can hold. If you are managing multiple printers, you can send print jobs between them with ease. Furthermore, you can save some paper by reviewing the print jobs before output, in case you decide to cut them short. SplViewer lets you open, view, and reprint any SPL you come by. That can be done by accessing the printer's advanced settings and activating a feature that claims to keep printed documents. However, one can opt to keep the print jobs as proof of action or for double-checking reasons. Usually, these pieces of information are automatically erased when the printer finishes with it. SPL files are copies of the undeleted print jobs. SplViewer can help you open and view those files, and repurpose them by sending them to other printers or extracting their data as EMF. The queue is limited by the printer's capabilities, and when you submit a larger number of print jobs that exceed that limit, spool files or SPLs are going to be created in the Windows directory, on your drive. A Windows Spool file is what's generated when a printer queues up multiple jobs.
